WalMart for SEM?!
December 28, 2007
On a recent TechCrunch article, it was reported that WalMart was shutting down their video download service. There really isn’t any surprise there.. What was surprising, to me at least, is the accompanying image that showed that the company was offering PPC campaign services through Google.
Now, take a minute and think about that. You pay Google (at minimum) $100 a month, and they put your ads in Google. Do you really think they hired a team of real SEM professionals for that? Or are they outsourcing it to a country that can barely speak English?
I would have to say the latter.
Furthermore, do you really think WalMart cares about what kind of return on investment your company is getting? They are just collecting the money. They don’t care what that money is producing for you!
So, if you are thinking of running a professionally managed PPC campaign, get a hold of us. We work in any budget, under any conditions; and promise you unparalleled gains in your SEM campaign…
